Individual counseling is for Texas residents 18 years & older. If you are ready to begin your healing journey you can book a free 15-minute consultation or your intake session. An intake session is the first session before the work begins. I will spend this session asking you questions to get to know you & why you are seeking therapy. Intake & following session are usually 40-50 minutes.

 

Intake & Follow ups: $150 per session

Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Cigna, BCBS

This service is designed for individuals who are not seeking therapy, but want structured support navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and personal alignment.

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Together, we focus on clarity, decision-making, and building a lifestyle that feels intentional, aligned, and sustainable.

*Coaching is not therapy and does not include diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or crisis support.

If you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns, therapy services may be more appropriate.
