INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Individual counseling is for Texas residents 18 years & older. If you are ready to begin your healing journey you can book a free 15-minute consultation or your intake session. An intake session is the first session before the work begins. I will spend this session asking you questions to get to know you & why you are seeking therapy. Intake & following session are usually 40-50 minutes.
Intake & Follow ups: $125 per session
Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Cigna, BCBS

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
If you are interested in me speaking at an event, on a panel, for your organization, at your conference, doing an interview, etc. please complete the inquiry form so we can discuss your needs!
